Every Nation Ministries (ENM) has extended timely support to educators through its outreach arm, Victory Biz, as it sponsored a team building conference for faculty members of the University of Makati (UMAK, formerly Pamantasan ng Makati) last May 17 and 18 at the Every Nation Building in Bonifacio Global City.

It all started with Victory Biz’s Jerome Gutierrez offering ENM’s services to his former Asian Institute of Management (AIM) college professor and current President of UMAK, Mr. Tommy Lopez. He was then referred to the Dean of the UMAK College of Business Administration, Mr. Elyxzur Ramos, who gave the go-signal to start the initiative benefiting professors and instructors teaching thousands of students in their campus.

The two-day seminar saw participating UMAK faculty staff getting excited over learning discoveries on a host of topics ranging from extensive discussion on vision casting, to rudimentary talks on teamwork. Teachers were given pointers on developing leadership skills and broadening their understanding on the purposes of their professional career as teachers.

Faculty members of the said college were very enthused about the seminar. So positive was the response that most attendees were very eager to apply everything they learned to help change the students lives.

The impact of this seminar and previous services offered by Every Nation was so valuable to UMAK that a partnership was forged. In fact, the college launched two main features of this partnership: First, the UMAK College of Business Administration has given Every Nation the task of teaching foundations class on Personality Development and Public Relations (PDPR). Secondly, Every Nation was asked to put up a multi-function student center within the college grounds to service the needs of students.

Victory Biz saw the need to help another institution and without hesitation it poured out available resources to provide UMAK College of Business Administration the help it desires to upgrade its teaching capabilities to serve the students better.
